Anyone know how to fix this? Both weapon shops have completely useless weapons, and no matter how many times I buy them, the same weapons keep re-appearing. I'm assuming they are supposed to change, right?

This is for XBox360

No, you only get 4 weapons per blacksmith per game. If you start a new game, you may well get different weapons in the shops, but there dont change in the course of a game. It to make people have to trade to get the full set, which personally I think is kinda lame. I hate multiplayer achievo's on games that just arent really meant to be played online.

The weapons do not change. The only way to collect all of the weapons is to join other's games, as each player has randomized sets of weapons in the three blacksmiths.

one shop might show another shop's weapons although I think that might have been a glitch, but yeah you need to trade to get them all

Nope. Those weapons are there for good. In order to get the rest of the weapons you'll have to trade or buy them from other players. It would be a great idea if it weren't for the fact that Xbox Live is expensive.

I dont find the cost prohibitive...its the abusive idiots that plague the online gaming world that make it a chore!

Try paying bills sometime, you'll find that everything is a luxury. Unless of course you're wealthy, in that case, I guess it doesn't really matter, huh?

It was more the reference to having to go online with idiots and utter waste of lives rather than the money, i am well aware that some find it difficult especially with having to pay with endless reams of dlc....i have been in the 'no live play this month' bracket many times and that wasnt really the focus of my reply.....

That was the focus of what I was saying prior to your response. So I'm not exactly sure how you managed to go from talking about not being able to afford Xbox Live, DLC, etc. to talking about how bad the community it is. That's how it is on Xbox Love, the PSN and even in MMO games. People suck and unfortunately, you can't really do a whole lot about them.

Forget the price issue...i meant to say the flaw in having to go on live to collect weapons is trying to find those in the spirit of the game who will trade/quest etc for mutual benefit. Having recently left WOW i was pleased to leave the pugs behind and turned my headset off for call of duty so i didnt have to listen to verbal*static*effluent.....thought i would go back to solo play for a while and then oh no...i have to go online to get the other weapons...damn...just dissapointment thats all.

You're all over the place with this post. I mean... what exactly are you complaining about?

I don't think much of having to get online just to get the weapons either. If I wanted something like that, I would just play WoW again myself. It's a single player xbox game, I'd rather that it just stayed that way. It's always one or two immature people that ruin it for eveyone else. People are trying to play the game properly without abuse, injustice and then there are just these plain rude people who somehow - with whatever logic they have - think that is cool to pretend they're tough guys.

In short, I know what you mean, and it sucks big time.

The only way you can obtain more weapons is via joining other players games and going to there blacksmiths, there u can well..buy there weapons lol. If your wondering how many weapons there is available their is about 50 of them including legendarys.

I don't mind if you hope on my save i'll be happy to let u buy my weapons :]

I'm fluent in idiot. Let me translate the jumble for you.

His complaint is that he thought this was a solo game, not an online one. He thinks like you that it sucks you need to go online to get achievements. You dont like having to pay, he doesnt like having to deal with idiots online.. which I admit is somewhat ironic, given his apparent affliction.

Ah! Thank you. My idiotanese is rather rusty these days.

I don't exactly like being forced to play online just to acquire certain achievements so I can kind of understand how he feels. The idiot thing? Well, that's easily solved by not just playing with random players but by coming to a forum (such as this one) and talking to some people, get to know them and THEN play online with them.
