How do you "earn guild seals from evil expressions"

i'm trying to pimp my Sandgoose. I do evil expressions all day and the bar doesn't move.

Make sure your interacting with people you have not interacted with. Try going to a place you haven't been to and it should work on the first time every time with someone new. Just interact with them one time then move on to the next one, use the soldiers to. Did you find the sandgoose in a store, behind a gold door or from a red and white chest??? I got the Sandgoose from the chest underneath the gold pile in the Sanctuary.

It's hard to find people I have not interacted with. I've friended almost everyone in the game.

It's hard to find people I have not interacted with. thanks for the info..if it's a weapon that just requires making 30 friends, start with a weapon that requires evil expressions to level up. pick a couple of towns like dwellers camp and millfield and level up a couple of weapons with evil expressions then load your other weapon that requires your to make friends. start interacting with the people you did evil expression's on until you make them friends again. you may have to do friend quest's so carry a secondary weapon that requires completing 30 quest's. the majority of all my weapon's were all maxed out by doing this.
