Game looks phenomenal which only makes the decision even harder now, Witcher 3 or Dragon Age Inquisition? Bah. Hopefully once the release of Witcher 3 is finished, they'll start buckling down on Cyberpunk 2077 asap.

Judging by past games I would say The Witcher by a mile but I will see how Dragon Age ends up this time. Couldn't get on with original Dragon Age & heard bad things about sequel so will just wait. Really enjoyed The Witcher 2 however & this looks 10x better.

I really enjoyed the original Dragon Age, but the game was clearly pulled from the vault and rushed to shelves due to all the glitches, poor visuals and overall lack of polish. The sequel had terrible restrictions and shoddy gameplay that felt like an afterthought. DAI on the other hand looks to rectify on all the parts the last 2 games failed and to at least give us the freedom we wanted from the very beginning (the nice visuals are also a bonus).

I loved Witcher 2, never got around to the original, but story wise and even combat the game was a blast. But at the same time when it comes to getting immersed it's a lot easier when it's your own character rather than a single canon character that everyone may not be able to relate to in an RPG sense.

CD Projekt Red has published a new 35-minute gameplay video for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, showing Geralt's travels around the village of Downwarren.

This really looks incredible. But Gerold's voice really does my head in. :p

I've played the second, I rented it and only played it for about a day been thinking about buying it and playing it all the way through but I might just wait for this. I'm replaying DA: O and then gonna play DA2 then buy DA:I.

But when this comes out I think it'll be a day one purchase.

Geralts voice grows on you over time, I really liked The Witcher II though it wasn't without its faults I enjoyed it from start to finish. The Witcher 3 looks to have smashed everything I was concerned about from the 2nd to dust and then some.

Geeerrrooolldddd? :troll:

Yeah I wasn't much a fan of Geralt's voice, came off a bit too Solid Snake for me and not in a good way. But it did grow on me eventually.

That new trailer though is amazing, will probably double-dip for it on PS4 if it gets a GOTY/Complete edition, but for now I'll snag it for PC.

Im torn between XB1 version and PC, my PC should hopefully be almost complete by time it launches and it looks glorious on PC but at same time I would prefer the XB1 controller for a game like this.

Buy a 360 wired controller or favorite offbrand from Amazon, aslong as it has a usb cable you can get a driver to play on Pc with.

I have a wired 360 controller but wasn't sure what compatibility would have been for it with it only being a PS4, XB1 & PC title.

I could've sworn the Xbox One controller was now compatible with the PC?

It is but no adapter for the wireless one just yet and I don't have any wired ones.

Ah okay, fair enough. Might be a worthy investment in the long-run though if you're gonna be a full-time PC gamer. :)

I will still be playing on consoles too, just having a choice that's all. As there are a ton of PC games I'm interested in that aren't coming to console for a long time (or at all).

Far as I've seen any game that's compatible with the 360 controller on PC is automatically compatible with the XB1 controller, and vice-versa (same buttons and all that). I play Dying Light on PC with a 360 controller (both wired and wireless) without any issues.

Me personally I would go for it on PC: better quality, modding tools, DRM-free, and of course the typical Steam/GOG sales & discounts.
