GTA IV had decent DLC as well. While they didn't really add any new features to the game, they did expand the storyline and added hours of gameplay.

If there's less than an hours worth of content in the next one, the price should be reduced. Understone was not worth it.

Yep, they come back slowly over time. Depending on the choices you made as King/Queen, they might like you or hate you now.

That's wierd.. Even if you didn't own the shops, you still finished the game which means you're King/Queen. Aren't the guards supposed to let you do whatever the hell you want when you become the ruler?

Don't quite follow OP, but I'll bite. :) (Alot of this post is speculation and personal opinion, but I'm being 'imaginative') If Lucien's wife and child never died*, he wouldn't have fallen in to madness and attempted to build the Spire in order to create his own vision of a 'perfect world'...
