Its legendary It becomes a legendary weapon when u max out that specific stat say melee and range. Also. All decisions such as the lake is permanent. You can create a new character under a new profile and trade your weapons and then. Trade them to your new character.

well i need two weapons and that is the bloodcraver and the jacks hammer. i have quite a few extra weapons that i dont need like dragon stomper and thunder blade. etc etc. i will pretty much trade anything i got dupes of for the two weapons i just want that achievement
