after u have beaten the game and done the quest to find Elise, there is supposed to be a trap door in the orphanage to get to Cesspools. anyone know where exactly it is?

nevermind, i ran thru the reliquary again and the special delivery quest randomly popped up. lol

i have beaten the game and am trying to get the last gold door but when i go to where saul should be, there is just a "letter to Saul". the letter is from some guy named Alber and he is called Saul a stupid fish or something. i dont know what to do?
