I've tried fast traveling, reloading the area, and restarting the game. but i might try finishing the quest.

I've gotten to the point where you have to find Ferret for the second time. there's 4k in the treasury, and I've found a quite annoying bug. no matter where i go, bowerstone market, brightwall village, or mourningwood, all the job signs are gone. i really need them for money. my business empire...
