Yeah, it did that to me, too. I just went on about my business and came back to it the next time I played to find it working. So, yeah, turn off your console and come back to it later.

I was looking to grab a copy of the original Fable for the Xbox, but I want the TLC version. However, all I seem to find are Platinum Hits versions and I HATE those ugly cases. Are all TLC versions of the game Platinum Hits or is there hope of me finding a normal black and green copy out there?

Thanks for the input. I already have six but two were from before my ascent to the throne. I think I'm going to just try moving two into houses next door to each other, killing the both of them, and waiting for the achievement to pop. If it does or doesn't I'm going to switch the console off...

I just want to know if the 3 wives I had before I was king count toward the total six I need. Also is there a way to kill NPCs without the whole town freaking out on me for the rest of the game? I'm 100% good, but my kids and soldiers keep asking my I kill people and calling me a murderer. :(
