I just recieved the "Meet Elliot" quest, Lost lovers I think it is. But The thing is, i'm about to go into a war and defeat logan's men. What if I don't do the quest now, and face the darkness and do whatever before hand. Will the quest still be there? Or will elliot die when the darkness comes...

They will eventually come back sooner or later. I thought the same thing, that they all disappeared and they would never come back. But if you sleep for great amounts of time, most of them will return, But also you can do the crime quest. Capture the stealers and the killers of bowerstone then...

Alright well, when I killed the soldiers and I jumped down into the waters and suprisingly, I found elliot there awaiting my presence. And I was just wondering, What should I do? Should I tell him to break up with her..? Or stay with her..? Or doesn't it matter what choice I make..?

I think, if I'm correct You could get it at bowerstone market.. And if you don't see it there, then I'm not sure.. But the last time I went to the market, i've seen it. But most of the time, if you have a husband or a wife, They will sometimes give you the haircut -- Sorry If I couldn't help...
