That's what I was assuming. Because the bully looks the same as the one picking on him.

People age differently some people look pretty much like they did as teens with a few more wrinkles. Others change drastically. Also Its not real :p

Plus if you look at the picture I posted he looks pretty old to me. They probably just took him out.
