Jacks Voice

Did you like it better in TLC or the Original? He had a deeper, more demonic voice in TLC.

I preferred it in the Original. I thought it suited his character more. Sure it's not the voice of an ethereal demon, but it's tone was just... better.

Damnit, could someone please add a poll to that?

I'd most definately go for the Original Jack of Blades voice. The one in TLC is just... not jack-like, really. His voice in the first Fable is more mysterious, and of course, creepy. I wouldn't want to say that about Jack's voice in TLC.

It has to be suited for a smaller more agile guy, remember he's just a dude with a mask on, not a demon. Also a voice like in TLC is basically the mask, not Jack.

Personally I think that they should have combined the two. They should have kept his original voice for his scenes in the Arena, but when the Bargate Prison quest comes around, his voiced should have changed over to his more demonic one. That way it enforced the sense that he was hiding his true nature in the Arena.

I preferred the original one. Maybe the TLC one in angry places, but overall, I prefer the evilly calm one.

tlc voice was badass, but it wasnt as sinister... think about it in the arena he says to get your sister and bring her to him so he can reunite the family... does this sound better if the guy has a normal voice with a bit of nasalyness in it, or from a guy who sounds like he is possessed (well he is though)... AND YOU STILL DO WHAT THE DEMON VOICED DUDE ASKS?!!

you could mod it, download sound files from the internet and mod them onto the game files...

I really prefer the originals to the TLC

The reason behind the change may be the fact that they couldn't get the same voice over actor for the expansion part of the game so they just changed the whole thing.

The first one gave him more of a dynamic character, making it unique instead of the generic badguy voice in TLC.

I really love his TLC voice, makes him sound more evil. Though, like previously mentioned, maybe combine the two. Like when you first see him he can have the more unique voice, then it can gradually get more demonic as he gets closer and closer to the sword.
