Ive beaten the story mode with the King I think , But All I can do is run around and everyone is gone. I mean they'res some Guards and a few people but the rest is dead. When will this go away and go back to normal? Or how do you fix this? I'm stuck and need some help.

Sounds like it's the end of the game. This is what you get for making the nice guy choices. I don't think there's really a way to reverse it (hasn't happened to me so I don't really know).

If you had more money more people would have survived yes. Did you notice the counter up to around 6 mil in the treasury? And on load screens? If you hit that marker, your projected losses are zero.

You lost your citizens. They'll eventually be replaced but the ones that do will be very, very ****ed at you. If you need help earning gold, become a real estate tycoon and then dump your personal funding into the kingdom's treasury. You'll need at least 10.5mil to make all the good decisions and still have enough gold to save your people.
