As I understand it the Marksman 500 is something that isn't yet in game. Will probably be available as DLC in the future

its not even real its not in the guide or anywhere in the game so cross it off your list

It is in the guide. Check the back in the achievements guide for We need guns, its marked down in the rifles section.
