I'm fairly certain that anyone who is directly related to a quest can't be killed anyway so you should be fairly safe. Anyone with an exclamation mark over their heads can't be killed (unless it's a relationship quest) - unless someone knows differently?

Don't worry, I don't think it's possible to kill someone who needs to be a part of a quest before it becomes available. Just stick to Millfields and the castle courtyard/gardens for lots of noble hunting.

i have to be able to fight any nobles outside of the ones you fight when your escaping from the castle to aurora and then when you return for the revolution... is there any place i can go to so that i can fight them

There are plenty in Millfields just asking to be murdered if not by your sword then by some wandering balverines or mercs in waiting.

Is it just me but when I lowered the ban on drinking (Big mistake!) whenever I kill a noble I don't get arrested? Is it because I'm king or cuz they're drunkkkk?

The nobles are the rich looking ones. They are all in the castle courtyard or Millsfields. The "ones in red suits" are the guards. The nobles wear green, purple, and the female ones wear light blue dresses.

donate money to the castle treasury to boost morality on character and weapons, just make sure you have them on you. take money out to decrease morality and level up weapons that have decrease morality on them. this is the quickest way to max out morality from one extreme to the other.
