I was read somewhere online that his little heart tattoo underneath his eye is actually a symbol of the Shadow Court.
Is this true? I apologize if this has already been asked. ^_^

I don't know. Never heard that it has something to do whit the Shadow Court...
I think myself that he only has an little beauty spot and it is there because it fits his personality.

I never saw it as such and don't think it is because a heart is, like GrayFox said, more like a beauty spot than a mark of a dark and evil council of sacrifice. I'd be more inclined to believe that he put it there himself because it looked er... marvelous.

Pretty sure it's just the aristocrat make up. Remember Reaver reinvented himself as a 'reputable businessman' the high society image might include a superficial beauty mark.
