You can usually find some 3rd party drivers from somewhere from the brand themselves or fan made.

Yep any brand of usb 360 controller will work, also if the games are older the controller won't automatically sync to xbox controls. xpadder is an awsome program that takes your controller and you set the controls for your computers commands, different for each game profile you make. For example I need xpadder to play oblivion on pc so for my oblivion profile I'd use the left joystick for the mouse, and the r trigger for left mouse, without playing the game, just running xpadder I could use the controller to do whatever I wanted on my pc.

You can get 3rd party ones to work, just see if there are drivers available and as PsychoPat said Xpadder is a great program that lets you remap button configs. Obviously easier to get it working with official one as drivers install automatically when you plug it in & might be a handful of 3rd party ones that dont work but most should.

Send company an email/tweet and ask if its compatible for PC.

My third party GameStop 360 controller connects and works just fine on my PC. >_> Windows was like "Dude, sup?" And the controller was like, "Just hangin'. Let's play shiz!" Literally no setup required.

It needs to be an official one with a USB cable, white or black I don't think it matters. The off brand ones even though they are AWESOME only work for the 360 itself.

It doesn't need to have a USB cable. I use an official wireless one with an unofficial wireless receiver, works fine.

In your case Tsuyu, I'm not sure. There's bound to be some PC drivers for it though. Controllers seem to be relatively easy to make work anywhere.
