can you continue the same save after you beat the game

i had bowerstone market at 1 star now it is a 3 star economy and it won't go any higher i have been buying and selling and redecorating houses and takeing the jobs there but no progress how do i get the economy higher?

Yes you can continue the game after its completed

question 2:-
Try buying valuble things from other places like Oakfield and then sell it to the shop owners/traders in Bowerstone.
