A question about purity...

Hi all,
I'm sorry if this seems like a dumb question. I even tried searching on the forum to no avail.

Anyway, I was wondering, when you raise the prices on properties and become corrupt, can you become completely pure again? I know things such as giving out money etc. helps, but I also wanted to know if you convert from corrupt to pure, do you change back to looking pure (smooth face etc.), or stay looking corrupt (grey skin etc.) ?

Your look changes as your purity does (ie, nothing's permanent).
