Can't find jobs (like lute player) back

I have done quite some missions and got up to lute player level 4 so I thought let's make some money. Now for the love of god I can't find the jobs-spots anymore, any of them..
I thought they were in brightwall but I wandered around there for half an hour without finding. Are jobs only available some time a day? are they somwhere else? please?

in brightwall head up towards the academy. its just outside the clothing store/furniture store

They are also dotted around the clock tower in Bowerstone Market - and in all the major towns.

If they have just disappeared, try reloading your save just in case it's a game glitch.
