Companions? Body mods?

Hey everyone. I got Oblivion and was playing around with mods, and learned how to put new characters into the game (the sites I downloaded them from labeled them 'companions'. I was also able to modify the looks of my character. Is this possible with Fable: The Lost Chapters?

I know where you are coming from, but I don't believe it is possible to mod anywhere near the extent of oblivion. Bethesda is a "Modding Friendly" company that encourages modding, including them creating their own modding tools.
Fable has no such company, and so the original creation tools and the main editing interface is gone forever.
