Re: Et tu Brute?

mmm... delicious details on the fine tuning being done on Halo 3 Campaign...

Bungie.net : Top Story

We have more behaviors to accommodate for combat dialog now, and one thing I noticed is that the sheer number of characters on screen, talking simultaneously, affects the flavor of combat...Grunts are still funny, but it’s not so funny when they’re winging plasma ‘nades at you like The Big Unit after a bad haircut.

... hehehe... ... outstanding...

Hao and co. are still messing with water...

Hao... nice...

I can’t decide if the new blowing sand on one of the later levels is an atmospheric effect or not. Would be cool if our snow did something similar, huh…?

... yes... yes it totally totally would...

also, while this next link was provided elsewhere on our glorious site to provide a nice look at Fable 2, I saw no reason why I couldn't use it for my own nefarious and always delicious purposes, and showcase their look at Halo 3 as well...

Bungie.net : Top Story

“It’s like a table leg with machetes bolted to it. Who the hell makes a weapon like that? Did those guys actually get up into space on their own?”

... after my own heart...

The quills of the spike grenade seem to be able to grip almost any surface upon which it’s been tested. This includes rock, glass and even some Covenant shield systems

... you hear that Jackals?... I'm coming for YOU... lousy jerks...

There are many scenarios in which the spike grenade can be used more like a claymore mine than the grenade designation we’ve given it.

... I love you Bungie...
