Fable 2 released late 2008

Don't think this was posted already.

Fable 2 will be released in "late 2008", Peter Molyneux told Eurogamer readers today in a wide-ranging LiveText interview.

When pressed to be more specific, he added: "Late 2008. Maybe when the leaves have a slight brownish tinge - but are still on the trees, if you see what I mean." Fable 2 is Lionhead's Xbox 360-exclusive follow-up to the critically acclaimed Xbox ARPG Fable.

Moleynuex is a french name, right? But lionhead lies in the u.k... i'm guuessing september anyway!

I expected late 2008 and good find oldboy. I'll put this on main page when i get home unless someone beats me to it.

slight brownish tenge but still on the trees could mean end of summer or summer because the hot air makes leaves dry and brown ::

Possibly but brown leaves are not associated with the summer and summer wouldn't be considered "Late 2008" And why would he remark on the leaves still being on the trees. No I suspect that he is talking about the Fall. Now if we're get overly specific with the time Leaves aren't quite brown yet in October they're still orange, red and yellow and By Dec most of the trees have lost their leaves. I'm obviously generalizing and reading waaay more into the statement than was probably intended but what the heck speculation is fun

The trees never turn brown for me in Maine during the summer. They change in the winter though.

im saddened that it comes out soo late, but maybe this will be a good thing. THey will make the game better than we expected. I dont want to be dissapointed like many of us were when fable came out. (although i wasnt dissapointed cuz i heard of fable after it came out)

Well, we don't really know when "late" 2008 is.... Isn't possible that it will come out in July or August? Maybe? Ya think?.......

I would be very happy with that, even September or October is good.....
