fable 3 castle

i think we all know you get to live in a castle in fable 3 my question is whats going to be in that castle? how many servants are you going to have? i know theres going to be a butler and stuff but it wiould be awesome to be able to order around the guards and stuff.

We don't know that much about the Castle yet. All I know is that it is called Bowerstone Castle, and it looks a lot bigger than Castle Fairfax. You might be able to find out more information at the Fable Wiki. Just type "Fable Wiki" into Google, and it'll come up .

apparently at first itll be awful but your family will try to persaude you to spend money and fix it. so probably by the time youve got all the upgrades itll be amazing

Which most likely means the rest of your kingdom will suffer in the process. Not that I care, I want a huge extravagant castle, haha.

Why does it always have to be this or this? Can't I spend money on both!?
I don't want my kingdom to look super crappy because I want my house to be nice!

I very much hope that you don't have to live in a horribly ugly castle just to make sure your kingdom is well taken care of and happy :/

I agree. I should have enough money for both! Why can't the citizens take care of themselves?

Because the citizens in the game mimic people in real life.

Fairfax castle, now Bowerstone castle, will return, but there are other castles as well.

I remember one called either Millwall, Millfields or something along those lines that had a large castle as well.

im sure youll be able to fix it up without throwing the country into an economic downturn, you just may not be able to have solid gold crappers and diamond plated floors. im sure there will be a decent middle ground where you can fix it up without screwing the people, just not excessively extravagent

Once you make Albion prosperous and its citizens happy then (I hope) there should be enough money to afford extravagances, but it really depends how much economics are involved in Fable 3.

I don't exactly want the rest of my kingdom to suffer but I don't want to live in a run down castle. So, if we're forced to make a choice, I will be living very wealthy while everyone else will suffer.

Sorry but a king HAS to have the finer things in life, amirite?

I'll probably end up living in a run-down castle, or maybe even just a slightly maintained one. I'm gonna be giving most of my cash to the people and the economy. With my kind ruler anywayz. With my Evil ruler it's going to be jewel-encrusted plates and cups and a nice throne, stuff like that :thumbsup:

agreed. although i'm much more likely to mooch gold off my friends on xbox live, like i did in fable 2. they get a return, after a while... a long while... as in one of them's still waiting

Pancakes?! YOU FIEND! You know that pancakes are the most vile creation to ever be... err... created! Waffles are vastly superior.

Also, what if you can't max out everything? I mean, it's possible that you will be forced to choose between your castle and the citizens of your kingdom.

He's in charge when the game starts, and judging by the starting scene, it appears that you do live with him.
