It's the PC version by the way.
I have surfed around the web and found myself looking here, there was a post where it gave the link to "Steam Support" regarding about language packs, where it mentioned that I should manually change it or download the pack or do both. I cannot find the english pack on the site there, and also I cant download the english patch from the german website aswell. It says this service is unavailable to my region. (I live in Austria, but I wrote China in the registeration since I am Chinese)
And if they could be kind enough, please give me a step by step explanation as I am feeling extremely stupid these days, to the point that I actually forgot I was writting this and left the computer on for about 6 hours...
