I click every single icon possible (Fable III on desktop, F3Secu, Fable III in game folder, Fable Launcher) and I've even tried all compatibility modes and "run as administrator" on every single launcher icon. When I click the "Fable III" icon in the game folder, it say "cannot find ordinal 5372 in the dynamic link libray of xlive.dll" (or something to that effect). When I click every OTHER icon, the mouse arrow loads for a few seconds and then nothing happens at all. Not even a black screen or a warning/error message. I've tried re-downloading and re-installing about four times now.
I bought the game as a digital download from direct2drive.com

Well the file it cant find is located here, can try and add it to your Fable folder and see if it locates it when loading.

Wiki said:
Xlive.dll enables the smoothing function in "Microsoft Games", for example is the file required by "Gears Of War". In order for the games to run properly the xlive.dll file is needed.
The most common occurring error messages caused by problems with xlive.dll:
• "Xlive.dll Not Found."
• "This application failed to start because xlive.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
• "Cannot find [PATH]\xlive.dll."
• "The file xlive.dll is missing."
• "Cannot start [APPLICATION]. A required component is missing: xlive.dll. Please install [APPLICATION] again."
Errors related to the xlive.dll file are commonly occurring when a program is running, starting-up or even when "Microsoft Windows" is starting-up or shutting-down. If you are having trouble with xlive.dll your pc will become slower, and unreliable. Programs may shut-down unexpected and cause data-loss.
Errors caused by problems with xlive.dll are commonly occurring in all of the "Microsoft Windows" operating systems. The universal solution to your problems is to download and re-install a new copy of the xlive.dll file.
