Fable 3 PC Graphic disappearances

Help! I just downloaded Fable III off of Steam. When I start the game,the character models for the prince and princess do not appear. But after that,the cutscenes appears perfectly.But after that,there is no graphics but I can hear talking.Also,the pause menu appears perfect

What version of DirectX do you have and what is steam set to run it in?

I have DirectX v11 and all my other steam games run fine

Id try running it in a different one from the steam options and see what happens.

Can also try some of the things here.

tried em all except the xlive.dll one because i could not find that file
