HElP! Stuck behind light can't move

Ok so I was doing the quest kinapped in bowerstone industrial and I went down into the cellar i was killing the people and I power attacked one which sent me behind a little black thing with a fire in it. I am now trapped any Idea what to do to get out?

I have tried going to the sanctuary and turning the game off.

Im stuck in a rock!! There are a lot of others with this problem, I hope they get to work on it soon.
