How do i assign the expressions i want on hotkey

How do i hotkey my own expresions. The pre equipped ones suck. And the wheel takes to long.

You can't. The game decides itself what expressions it's going to put on the D-pad. They'll change depending on who you're talking to sometimes. Sorry, but you'll have to put up with the selection wheel.
