Make someone follow you to the small graveyard i knothole island, there is a crypt with a statue of dog standing on it, stand with the person until the enter the crypt, there is a lever next to the crypt, once the person has entered pull it.
The doors will close and when they reopen, TADA, a new dog will waltz out (Y)
