I've gotten to the point where you have to find Ferret for the second time. there's 4k in the treasury, and I've found a quite annoying bug. no matter where i go, bowerstone market, brightwall village, or mourningwood, all the job signs are gone. i really need them for money. my business empire is worth more than 2m (41k/5 minutes), but my personal money is 0 and the treasury only has 4k. PLEASE HELP!

Tried reloading, fast travelling or finishing any other quest to see if that fixes it?
I've tried fast traveling, reloading the area, and restarting the game. but i might try finishing the quest.
i should have never trusted them... >.<
nevermind. i just had to finish the quest
