Will lowering the rents increase your moral standing? Also can you keep doing the quest to catch a criminal and will this keep raising your moral standing every time?

1; complete any side quest's (except dark sanctum and quests that involve killing villagers)
2; Do good interactions with villagers eg. relationship quests
3; give to the poor when ever you have a chance
4; set rent in property to low or lowest ( this is a disputed fact but worked for me *i own every house and property*)
5; Transfer Treasury (must be king or queen first) :-

Give to Treasury 100,000 gold = 200 good Morality ** rise and repeat for more
Take from Treasury 100,000 gold = 300 Evil Morality **

(something i read a while back and from what I guess in game though I never really lower my rent but raising it does make you evil) not fully sure about the guard quests but I think they count as good

I am looking to lower my moral standing for a few weapons. So I can withdraw funds from the treasury and then replace them for no consequences?

ok thanks for the help. That makes it easy for the weapons that you need to raise or lower your moral standing.
