He's not innocent. He and his gang wrecked all kind of havoc for their parents and the other adults!

But it was all for a good cause :3

I got only about 5 hours sleep last night. I was watching Rugrats on YouTube on my phone, with my headphones, long after everyone else had gone to sleep. did you know YouTube has the full episodes? Epiccccc....

How did we all figure "blow it" would be the way to fix it? Was word-of-mouth really that powerful because I don't remember having the internet/computer back then?
My English teacher has one of those in his classroom. He and another teacher play Street Fighter on it after school.

And blowing into the cartridge and/or console really is the way to fix Nintendo games. I still do it with my DS.

He's a sweet, innocent little baby. So stfu. <3

I thought I was the only person who thought that!! :D
He keeps a screwdriver in his nappy, and he uses it to constantly break out of his corral and wreak havoc.

And that episode where he was constantly removing his clothes was kinda strange.

They probably did, but what with Stu being an inventor and all Tommy most likely just went and got another one from his workshop.

But if you thing that's weird, Phil and Lil keep LOLLIPOPS and BUGS in their HAIR.

Anyone else remember this film?

< This scene was hilarious!

< This one on the other hand was just scary, Andy Robinson the actor who plays this guy actually got death threats because of this scene.

Scorpio- my favorite villain in the history of cinema.

Andy Robinson played the role of the psychopath perfectly, even more convincing than Heath Ledger's joker. Whenever I hear the word psycho I think of this guy. There is no level to low for this crazy son of b****. He was the perfect nutcase, cold and calculating one minute, a gibbering unstable madman the next, when it suited him. He was hilarious yet terrifying at the same time.
