Why do we dream when our thoughts mean nothing?

I'm just wondering if there is a set limit on every house that you can only have 2 kids per household. I have a boy and a girl right now and am living in the Bumbler's Gruff house in Brightwall (I think that's right, I can't really read my TV screen half the time). I've tried moving them to another house that was a little bigger just outside of Brightwall but the nanny and kids all disappeared on me and then I had to go and fetch the kids from the orphanage for some odd reason. I would just like to know if there is a house that allows more then 2 kids to live there and if not, I guess I just evict a tenant from one of the many houses I rent out for have more.
