can i still get it if ive already overthrown her?

2) If i get a weapon with say 3 augment slots (none filled) and i add 3 silver augments, does that mean that it will be ACE against balverines??

i don't know but i definetely have TLC
however i see no reason why you can't overthrow her in ordinary fable so long as you have acess to 'The Grey house' (somewhere in darkwood towards barrow fields)
