Something happened to me a little bit similar..

I was back at home and we use to have a hot tub/spa thing, my mum put like 10x the amount of chlorine in, not too sure why, but anyway, she didnt tell me, so i jumped in and for some reason only my balls started to hurt, I thought i might of sat on them or twisted them or something.. but then they started to burn so I jumped out and my balls were red as hell and they were also starting to peel, it was horrible and I had to walk like a penguin for the rest of the day.
