While fumbling around through the game's Item's, I came across some interesting things. Some of the items I found, didn't stay in my inventory, and some did. I will specify which.

... and maybe if I'd had that belt I wouldn't have been running around so much with no pants on...oh, who am I kidding?... no I wouldn't... but I still want it anyway...

oooh a scythe! I could do some damage with one of those... you know... if it's damage wasn't set to zero...
and dead bodies.. can never have too many of those in the old cellar...

The Scythe does up to 46 damage. -_- I wish I could make it stronger.

Picking on him must make it even sweeter.

It must mean that wandering beggar and bully were important. I've found "Markers" for them in Bowerstone and various other places I've never seen them..curse you lion head.
