VIP / Honored Members

I'm thinking about setting up a new usergroup, something like "VIP" or "Honored Member" to thank all members that help out around the site. Sort of a reward for users who help promote and take part in the Fable Community Forums.

I was thinking of rewards such as:

• Unlimited PM inbox capacity
• Personal username color (plus optional bold / italics / underline)
• Personal email address (yourname@projectego.net)
• Personal webspace (http://whateveryouwanthttp://<b>whateveryouwant</b>.projectego.net/ or http://www.projectego.net/whateveryouwant/)

I'm still brainstorming on other ways to reward this new usergroup but hopefully the current list will satisfy for now.

And don't worry, I have noticed those of you helping out around the forum. Even posting and helping keep this place active while the site is still in it's infancy is very helpful.

I'm hoping to implement the new usergroup when the site becomes a little more popular. Let me know what you think.

I have to say I'm undecided. Though the VIP is used in most forums, it still is a good idea; on the other hand, at times I've never been accepted into these VIP sections and therefore can't help but also hate it. I'm sure someone will agree with you whole-heartedly on this idea. Me however will not.

I agree whit sigfried. These VIP groups are not always good idea. But Steve the dicision is yours, and that thing of the reawards sounds good

Like he said, even if its just posting quite often and making new threads while we are still a new community is classed as helping
