whats the best hammer on the game plese?

theres the 1 in heros guild = 20 keys then there that 1 at evos temple which is best?

Hammers arent really very good anyway, id choose the Solus Greatsword or Sword Of Aeons anyday!

The Sentinus isn't a hammer, though. So the Murren Greathammer is the best.

Correct, the Sentinus is a greatmace not a greathammer.
The dmg of the Murren Greathammer is 270, and comes with an exp and piercing aug, and the Sentinus has a dmg of 255, but cannot mind what its 2 augs is. They are either lighting, silver or piercing.
It is easier to get the Greathammer, (and cheaper!), and if you are playing an evil hero then it sucks when trying to get the Sentinus as your devotion to Avo turns your alignment good. =]

Sorry. I've just used that thing so much myself its name is permanently embedded in my brain. I always try to nab Bluetane when I start a new game, myself, though that one legendary Pickhammer you get from the demon door where you have to either kill someone or eat ten crunchy chicks usually holds me over until then.

And from there on, it's my pride and joy. ... At least until I get the Katana Hiryu.

It's one of the cooler weapons in the game. I've always been a fan of the cleavers. Much more savage and burtal than the Katana and Long Sword.

On a more serious note, what does the Piercing Agumentation do? It' "reduces armour" AKA increases the damage you do to enemies?

In Fable 2 they should have two kinds: Piercing for sharp weapons and Crushing for blunt weapons, I think.

I mean, a weapon could be sharp enough to pierce through armour aswell as a weapon could be heavy enough to hit with such force it drives enough energy trough to damage bones and tissue inside the suit of armour.
