Wierd voice???????

Is it me or does anybody else her like a wierd isrish voice talkin to you the whole time no matter where your at? Also it like to talk crap idk its pretty wierd my friend said he hears it to.

That's a gargoyle, they're hidden in locations that you visit and there's an entire quest dedicated to destroying them

ya, as soon as you hear it just stay in the area and look for it. They're usually mounted up high, shoot them with any range weapon you have to destroy them
