Zombieland: The Game?

I personally believe that it make a pretty fun game. A good free roam game, anyway. Online could be like Horde/Nazi Zombies, etc. Trying to find a vehicle in different locations and use them to run down or drive boy zombies.

Just think L4D but... Better..

Use your imagination, I suppose.

I can see how it could be a good setting for a Fallout 3 esque game.

I'd love to see a L4D style multiplayer available. As I said, a Horde or Nazi Zombie thing going on.

Video games based off movies generally suck, but (depending on who makes the game) a game like that could be really good. Zombie freeroam RPG sounds awesome.

Agreed. It's also vice versa, too. It does sound pretty fun though. Is it true that the idea of L4D came from someone emailing Valve?

Maybe a fast-pased Dead Rising with a bit of RPG elements?

Valve saw how many Dawn of The Dead styled mods were being made and how popular they were. So they had a little go themselves. L4D was never actually meant to be a retail product.

Oh, I knew the game wasn't meant to happen, I just didn't know the correct reason. Now I do =D

Very true.

I know the whole zombie apocalypse scene has been milked a little but you can never get tired of killing zombies, can you?

Re: Zombieland: The Game?

a player created a Shaun of the Dead mod for Left 4 Dead.

i wouldn't be surprised if someone did a zombieland one as well...for those of you who consider steam your main gaming source.

Well its only recently that the multiplayer side of zombie killing was properly touched upon with retail games. Guess it proved how popular the idea would be with Left 4 Dead and the Zombie Mode for CoD World At War.

Re: Zombieland: The Game?

I get bored of Zombie games fast. I need some variety in games. But they are fun to play for a few hours and then put away for a few days.

And I haven't seen Zombieland yet, and the closest thing you'll find to a zombie RPG is [PROTOTYPE], but they aren't really zombies.

So basically I'm all for the Zombie RPG idea, but not so sure if it should be based off of Zombieland.

Re: Zombieland: The Game?

Pretty good, but it gets pretty old fast. I'd give it a 7.5/10.

The story is pretty damn awesome though. Although you keep learning more about the story even when you are done through the Web of Intrigue. Too bad there are like a bajillion targets you have to consume to get them all.

But yeah, it is pretty good.

Hellgate London was about demons, and is no longer for sale. The game was shut down, there are no more servers.
