as.. far as i know, no u cant get new HERO weapons why? becus as the weapons says those are the weapons that ur mother/fathers leave to u thats her/his legacy the only way to get a new one is starting again the game, so if some one says they have one maybe they are lying or they moded the game

well u can always use the dirty method hehe ^^" the dirty method is about using the money co-op glithc there is a thread here about it or use the "clean method" is about to buying cheap houses, cheap shops and abit of work if u maxed any job u get like +1k when multyplier goes to +10 but is hard...
