Okay sounds like this is fixed for you now but this happened to me after not long playing Fable II & I just moved the file from my memory card to Hard Drive like someone on internet said & it worked fine after.

Okay after finishing the Crucible I returned to Bowerstone to my family but after a good five minutes I checked the time & it was exactly 12:00. I moved into the Inn & checked again, still exactly 12:00. I read into it it seems others are having (or had) this problem too, time has stopped it...
