after you set the town free ( not sure if you have to just what i did) and repair the homes for the nice people go back a few days later and there will be shops there. I am not sure that they show up on the insert map of it for Understone but they are there youll just have to travel there. There is a stylist stall and they have a make-up, Long Hair, and a facial hair...

when I found it I entered trough the cave I exited in Bowerstone Old Quarter, its along the cliff wall by the sea, if you standing at the gateway looking out at the ocean it will be on your right in that cliff wall. as far as shop I believe for me it was on the right side of the circle. on the left side was a jewel trader, the middle was a gifts trade and the right was a stylist, hope this helps

aha i didnt check the old quarter cave, i only went to industrials thx
