...google seems to say that we do it both ways, but "a" is more common. And the more I think about it, the more I think it's "a" when I say it.
...Though I guess if pronunciatify "historic" more like "istoric," then it'd be "an." Same as hour? ...Also, random question, round here we pronunciatify that "a" so that it sounds just like "uh." Is THAT the same over there?
