so i just arrived in bloodstone and talked to reaver and he said i needed to be more renown so i went to the pub and talked to Salty Jack and when i try to buy a beer it wont open up the menu. if i try to fast travel out it says "You can't leave until this scene has ended" but im not in a scene. i cant pull out my hammer, gun or use any magic. i saved, turned xbox off for the night and its still saying i cant leave

did u go back and re-talk the awesomely amazing evil man again to see if he has anything else to say?
I have gone back to some quests and re-chatted with them then I could move on. if not I am not sure what else to say,
OH did you try walking out of the area??
sometimes it says it will make u restart the quest but u might have to and i think it will only restart from inside the town not all the way to the front.."I THINK"
