Cant sell house?

Im trying to rise money to buy a new building but it wont let me sell or rent one of my house is there anyway around this?

Im not sure, but a good way to get lotsa money is to buy several buisnesses,
The game will give you gold every 5 mins even if you turn off ur xbox
Take advantage of this by setting ur console clock ahead 1 year and collect thousands of gold

(Warning: do not set ur clock ahead more than 1 year or it doesn't work, also u cant be connected to xbox live while doin this)

Is it an ordinary house or is it a building like Brightwood Tower because some buildings are unique and cannot be sold or rented out.

If the house is set as your marital home, sometimes you cannot sell it/rent it out. Dunno why.

The thign about that cheat is that it actually screws up your console when you turn it back on ^_^
