Does anyone know if u use the Fairax potion that changes ur sex, right after u use it can u just reload a save u made if u decide u don't like being a girl/guy?

It autosaves right after you drink it.

So no, you can't go back to an earlier save to undo the change.

There are some funny coments from NPC after you drink the potion.
"Wait! Didn't you use to be a man! I'm so confused" ~ from some male NPC :lol:

I think that drinking it also heals all of your scars, if I'm wrong then I really kick ass because after it my attractiveness wasn't compromised by scars.

You only gain scars when you are knocked out. You may not have had any.
