All I can see is an unecessary and unpleasant personal remark. It was extremely obvious he meant, 'How'. A quick check of the keyboard and you'll see that 'e' is situated right next to 'w', and from that we can make an educated guess and give him the benefit of the doubt that he meant 'How'. You reported him for nothing. Congratulations.
