i think he is going to have to lower the rent rate of all of Albion to regain his purity in our eyes, poor fable 3 getting looped in the greed of Microsoft :'(

It's your choice entirely and I am sure numerous gamers will follow suit, but I'd just as well use my money for something other than feeding the beast.

True it is my choice, which is to feed that beast cause i want the full content from Fable 3.... i wonder if they are going to do the vip setup route like Mass effect 2 or BBC 2

Hopefully they do something to make it a little more palatable... There's nothing wrong with spending the extra money and that's fine... I refuse on principle and I'll be happy with my wooden sword and impotent spell casting...

that's why the Mass Effect 2 model (Cerberus Network) is nice because it is a one time fee for 75% of the DLC and you have to pay for the other 25% which are major DLC like Knothole Island or See The Future or even TLC could have been if it was released as DLC

After reading it for the 5th time and thinking about it, he could mean a in game DLC store, where you don't have to leave the game to get your dlc.. if that's the case it would be pretty awesome but if it is what most of the people are thinking where they are selling items they should have in the game, it would ruin the game a tad in my eyes.

The greed of the few consumes the many.

I remember when you bought a game, played it, left it in the cupboard for a month or two, played it again and got rid of it. There was no DLC, no costumes for avatars (no bloody avatars) Game companies don't make games for the enjoyment of it, they make them to drain your wallet dry!

yeah, and inherently that greed is also what drives companies to make good games, if PM wasn't greedy, he wouldn't listen to the complaints of the previous (Which is the current Fable 2)
