Orphanage rotation

How often do the children in the orphanage change? Or do i need to keep adopting and dumping them with a nanny?

Im after a specific model that looks like my daughter irl and its not appearring currently.

I don’t think they change unless you interact with them. There are a few bits of information in the wiki about the children and the orphanage.
